Dial provides on site service within 24 hours of notification by the customer. Standard hours of service are Monday - Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Unless covered by warranty, service calls are billed at "Time & Materials" plus a Trip Charge. Maintenance agreements are available.
Most problems are solved quickly and unfortunately often turn out to be due to user error. User error is often the result of a company having recently hired new employees. The employee simply lacks proper training. So before calling for service please take the time to save yourself some money by attempting some basic troubleshooting in order to determine the nature of the problem. Line cords can get disconnected, a handset can go bad. By methodically swapping around the line cord, handset, handset cord, phone and outlet jack you can assist the Technician prior to his arrival and save money. You may even solve the problem and only need to ask for a replacement part such as a new cord.
However if the problems are more serious such as static on the line, no dial tone or voice mail not working then Dial will schedule a Technician for dispatch to your business. Our Dispatch Center operates 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Technicians are available for after hours and weekend Emergency service. |
